Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the agreement between the customer ("Controller") and Angelos Papastergiou operating Livemetrix ("Processor") for the processing of personal data collected through the Service.

Subject and duration

The Processor processes personal data on behalf of the Controller for the sole purpose of providing the Livemetrix analytics service, for the duration of the Controller's account.

Categories of data subjects and data

Visitors of the Controller's websites; aggregated, non-identifying analytics signals such as anonymous session identifiers, page URL, referrer and timing information.

Subprocessors

We use vetted subprocessors for hosting, database and email delivery. A current list is available on request; we notify customers of material additions.

Security

We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege service accounts and regular backups.

Data subject rights and assistance

The Processor assists the Controller in responding to data-subject requests and in fulfilling breach-notification obligations without undue delay.
