Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Livemetrix (the "Service"), operated by Angelos Papastergiou ("we", "us"). By creating an account or embedding our beacon on any website you control, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Livemetrix provides real-time reader analytics for online publications, including live dashboards, historical rollups and a TV wall view. The Service is currently in public beta and is provided free of charge.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity performed under your account. You must be at least 18 or have authority to bind the organization you sign up on behalf of.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the Service — including sending fabricated traffic, using the ingest endpoint outside websites you control, reverse-engineering the Service, or attempting to disrupt other customers' access.

4. Your data

You retain full ownership of the analytics data collected for your properties. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Beta software

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis while in beta. Features may change, break or be removed. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation during this period.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, during beta, is zero).

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your analytics data is deleted within 30 days.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
