Privacy Policy

Livemetrix is operated by Angelos Papastergiou, the controller for personal data processed in connection with the Service. We take a privacy-first approach: no third-party trackers, no advertising cookies, no cross-site profiling.

Data we process

• Account data — the email address you sign up with and profile fields you provide.
• Analytics data — anonymous, aggregated reader signals collected by our beacon on sites you operate. No IP addresses or personally identifying identifiers are stored.
• Operational data — technical logs required to run and secure the Service.

Why we process it

• To provide the Service (contract).
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
• To send transactional messages about your account (contract).

Retention

Raw analytics events are retained for 7 days. Aggregated rollups are retained for the duration of your plan. Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days after closure.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of processors to run the Service (hosting, database, email delivery). A current list is available on request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact us at privacy@livemetrix.app.

Changes

We will notify account holders of material changes to this policy by email or in-app notification.
